EFX24 is a 24-hour gym chain operating across Hong Kong with an official HYROX designation, offering professional-grade equipment from brands including Hammer Strength, Life Fitness, and specialized competition gear such as Ski Erg and rowing machines. The facility provides functional training spaces, weight training areas, and cardio equipment suited for both general fitness and hybrid-sport preparation, with certified personal trainers available. It caters to fitness enthusiasts, competitive athletes, and HYROX competitors seeking comprehensive training environments on flexible monthly memberships.
EFX24 沙田 (新城市廣場) is listed as an official HYROX affiliate gym, which means it runs HYROX-aligned programming and appears in the official training-club network. For race-specific work, the gym has a sled track, SkiErgs and rowing machines — the kit that matters most for practising sled push and pull efforts at competition standard.
