HYROX is a standardized indoor fitness race: 8 × 1 km of running, each followed by a functional workout station — SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, and wall balls. The format is identical worldwide, which is why times are comparable across cities and seasons.
HYROX Toronto is a competitive HYROX event held at Enercare Centre in Toronto, taking place Thursday, 1 October 2026 – Sunday, 4 October 2026. Entry divisions: singles, doubles, relay.
