HYROX Nice at the Palais des Expositions on the Côte d'Azur.
HYROX is a standardized indoor fitness race: 8 × 1 km of running, each followed by a functional workout station — SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, and wall balls. The format is identical worldwide, which is why times are comparable across cities and seasons.
HYROX Nice is a competitive HYROX event held at Palais des Expositions in Nice, taking place Thursday, 29 October 2026 – Sunday, 1 November 2026. Entry divisions: singles, doubles, relay.
