The Format

HYROX is a standardized indoor fitness race: 8 × 1 km of running, each followed by a functional workout station — SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, and wall balls. The format is identical worldwide, which is why times are comparable across cities and seasons.

HYROX Milan is a competitive HYROX event held at Fiera Milano in Milan, taking place Saturday, 5 December 2026 – Sunday, 6 December 2026. Entry divisions: singles, doubles, relay.
