The Format

HYROX is a standardized indoor fitness race: 8 × 1 km of running, each followed by a functional workout station — SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, and wall balls. The format is identical worldwide, which is why times are comparable across cities and seasons.

HYROX Hamburg is a competitive HYROX event held at Hamburg Messe in Hamburg, taking place Wednesday, 28 October 2026 – Sunday, 1 November 2026. Entry divisions: singles, doubles, relay.
