HYROX Barcelona returns for the fall 2026/27 season with all divisions.

The Format

HYROX is a standardized indoor fitness race: 8 × 1 km of running, each followed by a functional workout station — SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, and wall balls. The format is identical worldwide, which is why times are comparable across cities and seasons.

HYROX Barcelona (Fall) is a competitive HYROX event held at Fira Barcelona in Barcelona, taking place Thursday, 12 November 2026 – Sunday, 15 November 2026. Entry divisions: singles, doubles, relay.
