HYROX is a standardized indoor fitness race: 8 × 1 km of running, each followed by a functional workout station — SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, and wall balls. The format is identical worldwide, which is why times are comparable across cities and seasons.
HYROX Denver is a competitive HYROX event held at Colorado Convention Center in Denver, taking place Friday, 13 November 2026 – Sunday, 15 November 2026. Entry divisions: singles, doubles, relay.
