HYROX is a standardized indoor fitness race: 8 × 1 km of running, each followed by a functional workout station — SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, and wall balls. The format is identical worldwide, which is why times are comparable across cities and seasons.
HYROX Birmingham 2026 is a competitive HYROX event held at National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham, taking place Tuesday, 27 October 2026 – Sunday, 1 November 2026.
