The Format

HYROX is a standardized indoor fitness race: 8 × 1 km of running, each followed by a functional workout station — SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges, and wall balls. The format is identical worldwide, which is why times are comparable across cities and seasons.

DRVEN HYROX SIMULATION - Singles and Doubles is a training or simulation event — a practice-format session rather than an official HYROX championship race. It follows the same movement patterns, which makes it a common way to test pacing before entering a full race.
