DEKA (by Spartan) is an indoor fitness competition across 10 functional training zones. It runs in three formats — DEKA STRONG (zones only), DEKA MILE (zones + 1 mile of running), and DEKA FIT (zones + 5 km of running).
2026 East Midlands DEKA FIT is a competitive DEKA FIT event held at Derby Arena in Derby, taking place Saturday, 12 September 2026 – Sunday, 13 September 2026.
